About Us
Crestline farm is a hunter/jumper barn located in Rio Verde, Arizona.
We are an equestrian business with 25 years experience in horse care, training quality horses and developing successful riders. We are a full service showing and training barn, specializing in hunter/jumpers and equitation. Horse training and riding lessons provided by Susan Locke and her team.

We are situated on a 5-acre property near Dynamite Road and 144th Street in Northeast Scottsdale.

If you’re new to the sport or looking to improve your skills, we offer lessons to riders age 6 and up, from beginner to A Circuit show competitor. Group and private English riding lessons available for flatwork and jumping.
Full and half training packages are available for horse and rider as well as rehab for your horse.

In addition to learning to ride, riders will also learn basic horse care.
Training packages include lunging and holding your horse for farrier and vet care.
Crestline Farm can assist you with purchasing or leasing a horse. We can also assist in selling or leasing your current horse.

Day trips and horse trials: $200 per day plus trainer travel expenses
Crestline Farm competes at rated shows in Scottsdale and Tucson and the Las Vegas National Horse Show. We also show at local schooling shows year-round.
Clients are not required to attend horse shows, however, competition is recommended for the advancement of the horse and rider. Riders who do not keep their horses at Crestline Farm are always welcome to join us at horse shows.

Board is only offered to horses in training or in a lesson program.

Other Services
Lunging: $30/day
Feeding of supplements (supplied by client), if not in full training: $30/month
Turn-out, if not in full training: $60/month for 3 times/week
Hold horse for vet or farrier: $30
Sedate horse: $20 – $50 (varies by drug)
Show clip: $50 (muzzles, ears, legs)
Mane pull: $25
Body clip: $175
Farrier services provided by Al Curry unless you have your own farrier.
Vet services provided by Phoenix Equine unless you have your own vet.
The Farrier and vet will bill you directly for services provided.
